Inveja, Arma dos Derrotados

"...a inveja mata o tolo" ( Jó 5:2 ).

Conta-nos uma lenda que duas águias voavam juntas.

Uma tinha muita inveja da outra porque esta conseguia voar mais alto e com muito mais elegância.

Sentindo-se inferior, a águia invejosa planejou vingar-se da companheira e começou a arrancar suas maiores e mais fortes penas e atirar contra a outra, como flechas. Seria a sua desforra.

Mas não conseguiu atingir a outra águia porque esta voava muito mais alto.

Ao contrário desta, a perdedora, pela falta de suas penas, acabou enfraquecida e esborrachando-se no chão.

O sentimento mesquinho da inveja jamais trará qualquer benefício aos que o cultivam no coração.

O sucesso dos que estão ao nosso redor, em vez de gerar descontentamento e inveja deve ser um motivo a mais de felicidade, por ver as conquistas dos amigos, e um estímulo para prosseguir em busca das nossas próprias vitórias.

Deus tem seus planos para todos nós.

Todos nós temos talentos.

Esteja no Amor de Deus, porque quem está no Amor não inveja, ao contrário alegra-se com o crescimento do outro.
