Chovia. Mariana ficou com uma preguiça enorme de sair de casa!
- Acho que não vou visitar o asilo hoje... - comentou com sua mãe.

- Mas você combinou com seus amigos - lembrou-lhe a mãe. - É seu
compromisso ir. Eles todos estarão lá, esperando!

- Eu sei, mãe... Mas está chovendo!

- E daí? Os velhinhos precisam de atenção, não importa se chove ou faz
sol. Vá, minha filha, e verá que a preguiça vai embora!

Mariana sabia que isso era verdade. Adorava as visitas ao asilo. Ela
também sabia que, às vezes, há dias em que a gente tem vontade de

ficar em casa e assistir a um filme legal, ler um livro, andar de

bicicleta... Mas lembrou-se de que, quando conversa com os vovôs, não

vê o tempo passar... E sempre volta para casa mais feliz, com aquela


sensação gostosa de quando a gente bate um papo com nossos melhores

amigos!

Foi o que aconteceu! Quando Mariana pensou com amor em seus amigos
"mais velhos" a preguiça foi embora. Mesmo com a chuva, foi ao asilo.

Percebeu como os velhinhos ficaram felizes em ter alguém para
conversar!

E, principalmente, o quanto ela era a maior beneficiada naquela tarefa.
