O garoto olhou à volta do lago.

O peixe movimentou rapidamente o corpo e desapareceu.

An Unforgettable Fishing Trip?

He was eleven and every opportunity that arose, were going fishing on the pier next to the family cottage on an island which was in the middle of a lake. The fishing season only would begin the next day, but father and son came out in the late afternoon to catch only fish whose capture was released. The boy tied a bait and started practice pitches, provoking colored ripples in the water. Soon, they became the effect of the silver Moon rising over the Lake.
When the rod bent, he knew there was something huge on the other end of the line. His father watched with admiration as the boy skillfully, and with great care, stood the exhausted fish from the water. It was the largest I'd ever seen, but its only fishing was allowed in season.

The boy and his father looked at the fish, so beautiful, the gills back and forth. The father then lit a match and looked at his watch. Were a mere 2 hours 10 P.M., for the opening of the season. Then looked at the fish and then to the boy, saying: you have to return it, son!

But, Daddy, claimed the boy ...-Will be another, insisted the father. -Not as big as this, cried the child. The boy looked around the Lake. There were no other fishermen or vessels in sight. Again look for the father. Even with no one around, you know, by the firmness in his voice, that the decision was not negotiable. Slowly, he took the hook out of the huge fish mouth and returned to the dark water.

The fish moved quickly the body and disappeared. And, at that moment, the boy made sure that would never see a fish as big as that. That was 34 years ago. Today, the kid is a successful architect. The cabin is still there, on the island in the Lake, and he takes his kids to fish at the same Pier. His hunch was correct.

Never catch a fish as wonderful as that night. However, I always see the same fish repeatedly every time he faces an ethical issue. Because, as his father taught him, ethics is simply a matter of right and wrong. Do the right thing, when you're being watched, that's one thing. Ethics, however, is to do the right thing when nobody's watching.

This straight conduct is only possible when, as a child, he learned himself to return the FISH to the water. The history value not as if you can cheat the rules, but within them, it is possible to do the right thing. ? Good education is like a gold coin: VALUE EVERYWHERE.?
