O Aroma do Café

A chef de cuisine filled three pots with water and placed each on a high heat. In one he placed carrots, in another he placed eggs, and the last he placed ground coffee. About twenty minutes later, he put out the fire, took the eggs and put them in a bowl, took the carrots and put them on a plate, took the coffee and put it in a Cup: the carrots were soft. The hardened egg ... And the coffee .... All of them had faced the same adversity: boiling water, but each reacted differently. Then he noted: the carrot when it was placed in the water, it was firm and inflexible, but, after having been subjected to boiling, softened and became weak. When the eggs were put in the water, they were fragile, its thin shell protecting its interior, which was liquid. But after they have been boiled in water, its inside became firmer, hardened. With the coffee, however, was different: after being taken along with the water on the fire, he made you! Which of these three elements you is when adversity comes your way? You're ... carrot, egg or coffee grounds? You are like the egg, which has a soft interior, a fluid spirit, but that, in the face of adversity, becomes hardened? You're like the carrot that seems strong, but that, in the face of adversity, Withers, becomes brittle and loses the strength? Are you like the coffee? The Coffee changes the boiling water, an element that causes him pain: when the water reaches the maximum point of their boiling, it extracts the maximum flavor and aroma. You be like coffee grounds. That in the face of difficulty you are able to react in a positive way in order to transform it without leave win under the circumstances. There is wisdom in his most difficult moments, so you can spread out and radiate the sweet aroma of coffee ". And when you invite for coffee, remember that comparison! Look for coffee, using the hostility to modify the flavor of life with a special aroma!
